Allow me to introduce myself and share my professional expertise. My name is Sue Fern, and I have been designing and delivering leadership programs for the past 20 years to a diverse clientele. Being a leader in today's world is no small feat. With the many social and cultural issues that permeate every aspect of life, it can be a real challenge to navigate the complexities of managing a team or community. As a leader, it is crucial to constantly seek out knowledge and share it with your team in order to build a strong foundation for success.

 

I have been fortunate enough to work in a variety of cultures and professional communities, which has given me invaluable hands-on experience and the skills needed to make a real impact in any organization. Recently, in 2022, I met three incredible women who shared my passion for leadership and organizational growth. They are called Defy Expectations, and I have joined their founding team; we are excited to help companies and associations achieve their full potential.
